Responsible for traffic management in the Creative department and for insuring that the workflow, software, and equipment calibration were up to professional standards. Designed, implemented, managed, and maintained graphic elements archive. Worked with other members of management, and supervised the other members of the creative team to bring each project to completion within time and budgetary guidelines. Responsible for communication with the commercial printer in the U.S. and coordinated the entire catalog production process, from photography to preparing page files for Direct-to-Press digital printing.
